CBS January 2026 Update

Editor and Dashboard Enhancements To Simplify Content Creation

What’s New?

With the latest CommuniBee release, we made some significant improvements to the content editor and overall dashboard experience. Below, you can find details on what’s new and improved.

Improved Content Previewing

First off, we made changes to the way content is displayed on all ‘Layout’ tabs. With these updates, the ‘Layout’ view now gives a much more accurate preview of how your page will look to your users. This means that admins can now create, edit, and publish with more confidence based on what they see directly in the dashboard! There is no longer a need to publish a page first just to double-check how it looks live. The good news is that the content creation process hasn’t changed at all. These improvements are simply geared towards making editor experience more user-friendly.

If you are working on a smaller screen: you may notice a new ‘this editor needs a larger working area’ banner that appears at the top of your editor. This is simply stating that for the best experience and most accurate view, we recommend either zooming out your browser view or switching to a larger screen.

New ‘Draft’ Labels

Continuing with the improvements to content previewing, we have added Draft labels to all activities that are still in a draft state. This makes it easier for admins to quickly identify their activities that have not been published yet and see how their pages will look prior to launching.

Additional Content Editing Options

Lastly, we have expanded the features available in our content editors. These include:

  • Upload File
  • Insert Image
  • Insert Video
  • Insert Table
  • Emoticons
  • Special Characters
  • Subscript and Superscripts

Wrapping Up

We are extremely happy to bring these improvements to CommuniBee as we know how important it is to have an accurate preview and more flexibility when editing content. We believe these changes will help administrators create, edit, and publish content with confidence.
