Mastering Member Management With CommuniBee Suite

We are thrilled to release the Member Management feature! Designed to streamline and simplify the creation, sale, and management of your memberships.

With CommuniBee Suite, managing your members has never been more straightforward or efficient, and it can be used alongside the many other great features available in our Suite.

What’s Included in the Initial Release:

Setup Memberships – Admins can create an unlimited number of membership options, each with its own unique title, description, images, landing page, and more.

Set Membership Prices – CommuniBee Suite supports both paid and free memberships, with the added option for admins to collect tax on membership purchases when necessary.

Allow Associated Memberships – Enable members to share their membership benefits with others (e.g., family members). All associated members will be listed on the membership card and have access to it from their CommuniBee account.

ID Configurations – Admins can define a custom membership number range for the system to use, with optional prefixes and suffixes.

Membership Dashboard  An overview dashboard that provides insights into membership sales with high-level graphics.

Ask Questions Upon Membership Purchase  Admins can add required or optional survey questions for members to answer before completing their purchase. These responses can be exported for further analysis.

Management  Within each membership type, admins can view member information, export member lists, and more.

Enhanced User Experience  Members can view available memberships, complete their purchase online, and add associate members during the checkout process (if applicable).

Exciting Updates That Are Coming in Future Releases

‘Rolling’ Style Memberships – Currently, memberships have a fixed date of effectiveness. Soon, the expiry date will be dynamic based on the purchase date.

Importing Current Members – As part of our future roadmap, we plan to give admins the ability to import existing member lists into CommuniBee Suite.

Membership Perks – Within CommuniBee Suite today, you can sell event tickets and merchandise. Soon, you will be able to offer exclusive ‘Members Only’ discounts on ticket and product sales.

Custom Membership Cards – Currently, there are two pre-generated card designs available. In the future, we would like to give admins more control over their membership card designs.
