Monitor event activity

Looking for an overview to see all of your event activity? Click on the Events menu option which will take you to the Dashboard tab. From here, you can monitor key details on the performance of your events, and a snapshot of your upcoming events.

Overview

At the top of this page, you can filter the available data by the following date range options:

  • Past 7 Days
  • Past 30 Days
  • Past 90 Days
  • Past 180 Days
  • Past Year
  • All Time
  • Today
  • Or set a Custom Range

With a date range selected, you will see total Revenue earned in that period, total Attendees, number of guests Checked In, and total number of Events hosted. Regardless of your date range, you can see your Lifetime Revenue earned from your events.

Included on this page are various charts and tables to help admins visualize the performance of their events. The date range you select above will apply to these visuals as well.

Charts

  • Revenue: Presented as a bar chart and shows total revenue earned by day or week.
  • Attendees: Presented as a bar chart and shows the total event attendees by day or week. Alternatively, you can filter this chart to view the number of Checked In guests or number of Events hosted.

Tables

  • Recent & Upcoming Events: Provides a snapshot of your most recent events and everything that is upcoming. Each event includes the following detail, Name, start Date, total number of Registered guests, and the total Revenue from ticket sales.

CommuniBee does not display active communities right now. If you are looking to view a specific community, you will need the community’s website URL.

Be sure to check your email to see if you received an invitation to the community; otherwise, you should contact a community admin for access.
