With the latest CommuniBee release, we made some small, but impactful enhancements to the exportable reports. Below, you can find details on what’s changing with each report.
First off, we made some minor tweaks to the layout and naming of the available reports to add more clarity around what it is that you’re exporting. The previous Inventory report has now been updated to be called, Export Current Inventory. An all-new Platform Fee Charges report was added which will be discussed in detail down below. And the existing Export Transaction Details report had its description updated to better reflect the contents of the report itself.
With the layout changes of the Reports screen, the date filter has been repositioned to make it more obvious that the filter applies to the reports directly below it. In this case, the date filter currently applies to only the Export Transactions and Export Transaction Details reports. These two reports also saw some additional columns added (Date Paid, Date Fulfilled, and Payment ID), as well as existing columns renamed (Timestamp updated to Date Order Placed).
The column updates were designed to help remove confusion and make it easier for administrators to understand the data that’s being presented at any given time.
To view these changes, please navigate to the Reports tab found under the Marketplace side menu item.
Continuing with reporting changes, our team has built out a brand-new report to add transparency around how CommunBee’s platform fee is calculated. Downloadable from the Reports tab within the Marketplace side menu item, administrators will get a breakdown of platform fee charges incurred by their community.
What you can expect to see in the report:
We are extremely happy to bring these changes to CommuniBee as we understand just how important reporting can be for organizations. By updating existing reports and adding an all-new Platform Fee Charges report, we believe these will help significantly help administrators manage their communities.

CommuniBee does not display active communities right now. If you are looking to view a specific community, you will need the community’s website URL.
Be sure to check your email to see if you received an invitation to the community; otherwise, you should contact a community admin for access.
