To view the results for your survey, go to the Surveys menu, select the survey, and navigate to the Results tab. From here, you will see the Results table, which includes a row for each individual response to the survey.
The Results table will display the following information:
The survey’s source identifies what triggered the survey or how it was accessed. For example, if the survey is linked to a purchasable item, the source will be the name of the purchased item (e.g., ‘Gala Event 2024,’ ‘Family Membership 2024’). If the survey is standalone and added to your CommuniBee site or shared via a promotional campaign, the source will indicate how the user accessed it (e.g., ‘Internal’ for your CommuniBee site or the name of the promotional campaign). This helps you track where responses came from, especially when the same survey is available through multiple channels.
You may need to use the scrollbar at the bottom of the Survey table to view all questions and answers. You may find it easier to Export the results and view the responses in an excel format.
Click any row in the results table to open the response window, where you can view the questions and answers exactly as they were presented to the guest.
Guests cannot edit their past responses, but if a change is needed (e.g., updating dietary restrictions for the upcoming Gala Event), you can enable Edit Mode to make adjustments. Once your edits are complete, select ‘Save’ and close the response window. The results table will then indicate that this guest’s response was edited.
In addition to the results table, there are two other ways to view guest survey results:
In the marketplace orders section, an icon will appear on an order tile if the purchaser completed a survey as part of that purchase. Click the order tile to view its details, including any surveys associated with the order. For each completed survey, you’ll see the survey name, completion date, and source listed below the order’s purchase details. You can also open the survey response window for a detailed view or to make edits if needed.
This is especially useful when survey responses are required to fulfill the order, such as delivery instructions or custom order details.
Go to the Users menu option and select a registered user to view their profile. In the profile, navigate to the Surveys tab to see a complete history of all surveys the user has completed. This includes the survey name, source, completion date, and an option to open the survey response window for detailed viewing or making edits as needed.
Within the user’s profile, the Purchases tab displays all orders the user has made. Similar to the marketplace orders section, order tiles here will indicate if a survey was completed as part of the purchase. Click an order tile to view its details, including the survey name, completion date, source, and access to the survey response window for further review or edits.
