Surveys can be added to your website, shared directly with users, or even linked to purchases to gather important details at key moments. You can also create stand-alone surveys for more general engagement, giving you the tools to reach your community in the way that suits your needs best.

Capabilities of Surveys

Survey Question Types – CommuniBee Suite offers a variety of question types to suit your needs: 

  • Alphanumeric 
  • Multiple Choice (single or multi-answer select) 
  • Numeric 
  • Phone Number (with profile connection option) 
  • Address (with profile connection option)

Profile-Connected Questions – Admins can make Phone Number and Address questions “profile connected.” When a logged-in user fills these out, the data is automatically saved to their profile and will auto-populate in future surveys for easy updating. 

Required or Optional Questions – Admins have the flexibility to set each question as required or optional, allowing for a customizable survey experience. 

Editing Responses – Admins can easily update responses on behalf of respondents directly within the dashboard for greater control over data collection. 

Survey Results – All survey results are available in the dashboard for easy viewing and can be exported for management outside the platform.
