View onboarding form results

To view the results for your onboarding form, go to the Users menu option, select the Onboarding Form tab, then click view next to the form. Navigate to the Results tab where you will see the Results table, which includes a row for each individual response to the onboarding form.

The Results table will display the following information:

  • Respondent’s Name
  • Respondent’s Email Addresses
  • Completed On
  • Onboarding Form Questions
  • Respondent’s Answers
  • Feedback (if configured for multiple choice questions)
  • Updated By (if the form’s response was edited by an admin)
  • Update Date (when the form’s response was edited by an admin)
  • Response ID

You may need to use the scrollbar at the bottom of the Results table to view all questions and answers. You may find it easier to Export the results and view the responses in an excel format.

View and Edit Form Responses

Click any row in the results table to open the response window, where you can view the questions and answers exactly as they were presented to the guest.

Guests cannot edit their past responses, but if a change is needed, you can enable Edit Mode to make adjustments. Once your edits are complete, select Save and close the response window. The results table will then indicate that this guest’s response was edited.

Please note that if existing questions are edited or new questions are added, guests who previously submitted responses will not be prompted to resubmit new answers. Admins can edit existing responses to align with the changes if they wish, but the most recent form updates will only be presented to guests who have not yet submitted the onboarding form.

Additional Ways of Viewing Form Results

In addition to the results table, there are two other ways to view onboarding form results:

CommuniBee does not display active communities right now. If you are looking to view a specific community, you will need the community’s website URL.

Be sure to check your email to see if you received an invitation to the community; otherwise, you should contact a community admin for access.
