Add a donation page to your community to allow your guests to donate directly to your organization. A donation page can be added to a specific page, the top menu, or included in a Fundraising campaign so your guests can easily donate.
From the Fundraising menu option, select the Donations tab. From here, a list of existing donation items will appear. By default, the list will be filtered to All items (in either a Visible, Scheduled, Draft or Archived state), but this can be changed.
For each of your donation pages, details will appear on this overview screen such as the Amount Raised, a total Count of donations made per, when the last donation was made, number of Views, and the page’s State.
To get started, click on the Add Donation button.
Following the same steps to setting up a page in CommuniBee, begin by filling out the fields below.
This section is all about the design of the donation item’s web page. You can upload images or link to a video that act as the banner for this page. The appearance of your banner can then be configured to create a truly stunning landing page for each of your items.
Add additional details about this donation item so your audience fully understands why they should donate. If left blank, we present the Short Description that was entered on the General tab.
Not only can you preview your donation item’s page from this tab, but you can also make additional changes to the overall page layout.
To build on this page and add additional sections, follow the steps below:
To rearrange a block, use your mouse and hold left click on it, then drag the block above or below another block. Let go of left click to set the block in place. Learn more about the available page blocks.
With your page fully designed and ready to share to your audience, the Visibility tab is where you make the page visible.

Status
At any time, you can manually update the status of this page. You can also schedule a Publish Date to have a page become visible at a specific date and time. Be sure to switch the status of the page to Live before entering a Publish Date. If you include a Hide After date, this page will automatically switch from Live to Archived at the specified date and time.
Lastly, you can optionally link this donation item to a fundraising campaign to consolidate your fundraiser’s reporting. Fundraising campaigns can include Bid Beacon auctions, Raffle Rocket raffles, marketplace products, donation items, and event tickets. Reporting is also available for everything that is linked to the campaign. This is especially useful if you set a fundraising goal as everything linked to the campaign will contribute to the overall goal which is updated in real time as funds are received.
CommuniBee does not display active communities right now. If you are looking to view a specific community, you will need the community’s website URL.
Be sure to check your email to see if you received an invitation to the community; otherwise, you should contact a community admin for access.
