Ensure your community members have seamless access to essential information by uploading important resources to your CommuniBee site. From your dashboard, click on the Content menu option and select the Resources tab. This will bring up a list of resources that have already been added to your site. By default, you’ll see all resources, regardless of their state (Visible, Scheduled, Draft, or Archived). You have the option to filter this list further to easily manage and view your resources.
On the Resources table, each row will display the Resource Name, any Categories it belongs to, total number of Views each resource page has, number of Downloads, and the current State of each resource.
To get started, click on Add Resource.
Like other setup pages within CommuniBee Suite, begin by including some general information on this page.
Once you have entered the above details, click Save.
This section is all about the design of the resource page. You can upload images or link to a video that act as the banner for this page. The appearance of your banner can then be configured to create a visually stunning landing page.
After configuring your media settings, proceed to the Content tab to add descriptive text about the available resource(s) and upload any related resource documents.
This area is your opportunity to provide comprehensive details about the resource(s) on this page, ensuring your audience understands their significance and purpose. Should you choose not to add additional text here, the short description entered on the General tab will be displayed instead.
A resource page is designed to host one or more files for your guests to view and/or download. To make these resources accessible, follow the steps to upload your documents:
Under the Attached Files section, you can do the following:

If you want to rearrange the order of your resources, you can do so easily from this page. Simply click on the toggle next to where it says Sort Mode, then click and hold a resource you want to move, drag it to its desired location, and let go. Once you’ve finished organizing your resources, click on the Sort Mode toggle once more to lock in the order.
Not only can you preview your page from this tab, but you can also make additional changes to the overall page layout.
To build on this page and add additional sections, follow the steps below:
To rearrange a block, use your mouse and hold left click on it, then drag the block above or below another block. Let go of left click to set the block in place. Learn more about the available page blocks.
With your resource’s page fully designed and ready to share to your audience, the Visibility tab is where you make the page visible.
Status
At any time, you can manually update the status of this page. You can also schedule a Publish Date to have this page become visible at a specific date and time. Be sure to switch the status of the page to Live before entering a Publish Date. If you include a Hide After date, this page will automatically switch from Live to Archived at the specified date and time.
Note, a resource page must be linked somewhere within your CommuniBee site in order to be accessible to guests. If you’ve configured your Resources Home Page, resource pages will automatically appear there. Otherwise, consider integrating the page into your site’s Top Menu or embedding it within another page using a side item block for easy access. Organizing your resources into categories is also a smart strategy to streamline navigation, helping guests efficiently locate the information they’re seeking.
CommuniBee does not display active communities right now. If you are looking to view a specific community, you will need the community’s website URL.
Be sure to check your email to see if you received an invitation to the community; otherwise, you should contact a community admin for access.
